The Team

Natasha Kelly, Director

Natasha enjoys using her problem-solving skills and attention to detail to get to the bottom of complex workplace situations.

Natasha founded Integrity at Work in 2020 after fifteen years’ working in employment law and workplace relations, including extensive experience at a top tier law firm and at a large education authority. Natasha has provided legal advice to a range of employers including in education, health, government, retail, entertainment and distribution.

 

Natasha has been conducting workplace investigations for over twelve years, including investigating complaints of bullying, sexual harassment and discrimination. Natasha uses a trauma-informed approach when conducting all investigations.

Natasha has significant experience in child safety and has assisted organisations to comply with the Victorian Child Safe Standards, advised on obligations under the Victorian Reportable Conduct Scheme and conducted reportable conduct investigations. Natasha is experienced in interviewing children and has completed further studies to enhance those skills.

With extensive experience in the education sector, Natasha understands how schools operate. Natasha has advised on a range of issues relating to staff, students and parents. Natasha has a particular interest in the learning diversity area, having developed various resources for schools and advised on strategies to promote equal opportunity, ensure duty of care, and minimise claims of disability discrimination.

Natasha is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria and the Australasian Association of Workplace Investigators.

Claire Duggan, Lawyer and Investigator

Claire combines sensitivity with analytic thinking to resolve workplace and child safety issues. 

Claire worked in employment law and workplace relations for over seven years, including extensive experience at a leading Australian law firm. Claire has provided legal advice to employers across a range of industries including education, healthcare, retail and construction.

Claire has significant experience in child safety with a particular focus on assisting organisations in the education sector to comply with their obligations under the Victorian Reportable Conduct Scheme. Claire is currently completing further studies to build her skills and experience interviewing children and young people. 

Claire is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria and the Australasian Association of Workplace Investigators.

Jessica Kelly, Workplace Relations Adviser / Paralegal

Jessica enjoys helping employers navigate challenging workplace relations issues.

Jessica is a qualified and experienced workplace relations advisor to employers, who brings a depth of understanding of Australian workplace laws, and a detailed and thoughtful approach, to managing complex workplace matters.

 

Jessica has experience advising employers on a range of workplace matters including managing investigations, understanding wages and entitlements, managing performance and dismissal, interpreting awards and enterprise agreements, interpreting workplace legislation, and occupational health and safety.

Having worked for a large employer body, as well as small and medium enterprises, Jessica has experience working with employers across a range of industries including education, manufacturing, arts and entertainment, retail, hospitality, health and community, and trades.

At Integrity at Work, Jessica uses her attention to detail and problem-solving skills to create tailored resources, provide thoughtful advice, and ensure investigations are delivered with quality and care. Jessica has skills and experience working with children and holds a valid Working with Children Check.

Jessica holds a Masters in Business (Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management) and a Certificate IV in Government Investigations.
